What People are Saying

The best villa we've ever stayed in; spotlessly clean, lots of space inside and out, fantastic pool, gardens and views. Easy walk to Andros town which has plenty of great places to eat and drink.

“If you’re looking for a place to stay in Andros look no more!! This is the place to stay! Beautiful, secluded, clean and luxury vibe. Natalia the owner was there with any questions we had and very accommodating!”
Monica, New York City

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Perivolli, the villa is perfect for a big family vacation. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean and spacious with a lot of privacy for each couple. The villa is well equipped and had a lot of amenities. The pool is a great size and we had a lovely time sitting by it and playing games in the pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda in the evenings. The grounds of the villa are lovely to walk around with beautiful citrus trees and that we could help ourselves to and enjoyed some fresh juices in the mornings. We could also help ourself to fresh grown produce also grown on the grounds which was really nice for some of our home cooked meals.

“Our family had the best time at Villa Perivoli! We were introduced to the house by my Godmother, who has enjoyed visiting Andros for many years and knew we would be in great hands with Natalia, the owner of the house. It was a big extended family trip with mixed generations and we all felt comfortable and at home. We traveled with our 2 year old son who loved picking pomegranates from the orchard, harvesting olives, finding tomatoes in the garden and swimming in the pool. It was the highlight of our year!”
Katherine C,  New York City

“I remember arriving through lush fruit groves fragrant with citrus. The house was a warm mix of old and new stone, white stucco, wood beams and tile architectural elements, with a stunning pool and covered porch on which we enjoyed our morning and afternoon meals. The only problem was that my time in Andros was too short to enjoy all that it had to offer.  My advice, stay for as long as possible to soak up the relaxed Greek lifestyle!”

“We had a wonderful time on Andros.  After being there for 3 days, with wonderful hikes, sometimes though woods by streams, others past groves of fig, pomegranate, olive and orange trees, or through the backyards of houses on the hills, and then afternoon swims in the pool, it hit me — that I was happy!  Pretty special to be in an environment that can make one conscious of that feeling.  Many thanks.”

“October 2022. We had guests from the US & UK, all of whom, fell in love with Andros.  The island is charming and unspoiled. Villa Perivoli is a luxury oasis near the main town of Chora.The house and separate pool house are set on an extensive patio with areas for outside dining, for a quiet tête-à-tête, or relaxing by the pool.  The bedrooms are all spacious, comfortable, and each has its own bathroom. We stayed in the pool house, and I loved lying in bed watching the lights of the homes on the opposite hill twinkling in the distance.”

“The view? Spectacular. The location? Convenient. The experience? Once in a lifetime. The owner Natalia is amazing and incredibly helpful. Our highlight was picking fresh oranges in the orchard and enjoying the best fresh juice we’ve ever had. If you want a truly memorable experience, I can’t imagine a better option!”

“Exceeding Expectations!  An island which provided a perfect introduction to the Greek way of life which most tourists will not experience. Natalia, this is how I have described the October 2022 trip to our friends.  You are responsible for that outcome…not just your wonderful and welcoming home in Livadia, not just greeting us and giving us an invaluable tour before you left, not just arranging for Lefteri and Alketa who treated us so well.  More importantly, for introducing us to an island which all our guests loved and which provided a perfect introduction to the Greek way of life which most tourists will not experience.”

Here is a special Greek toast.
To walking the paths to Chora and beach
With a café of course within easy reach;
Climbing stony trails to reach waterfalls,
Visiting monasteries within high sacred walls.
For Nigel fishing and wiggly roads
Trying to decipher Greek direction codes;
For me, of course, it had to be
A blissful swim in the Aegean Sea,
Enjoying many tasty treats
That magically appeared from shops in the street;
Sea bass, moussakas, dolmades, sardines,
Spanakopita, honey, Greek cheese and greens;
A very memorable trip in every way.
